Shipping at a glance
We currently ship across Canada.
Each WYA tee is made after your order is placed, so your delivery estimate includes both production time and shipping time.
If you need help with a shipping or order issue, email orders@whoeveryouare.ca and include your order number if you have one.
How long does delivery take?
Most Canadian orders arrive in approximately 6 to 10 business days after your order is placed.
This estimate includes both the time needed to make and prepare your tee, plus the time it takes for the carrier to deliver it.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on Canadian orders over C$149 after discounts and before taxes.
Can I track my order?
Yes. If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please allow some time for the tracking link to update after it is first created.
Why does my order take a few days before shipping?
WYA tees are made after purchase instead of being pulled from pre-made inventory. This helps reduce unnecessary waste and allows each tee to be created for the person ordering it.
Can delivery take longer?
Yes. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, weather, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your order seems delayed, please check the tracking link first. If you still need help, email orders@whoeveryouare.ca with your order number.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you notice an issue with your shipping address, please email orders@whoeveryouare.ca as soon as possible.
If your order has not started fulfillment or shipped yet, we will do our best to help update it.
Once an order is in fulfillment or has shipped, address changes may not be possible. Please review your shipping details carefully before placing your order.
What if my tracking says delivered but I did not receive it?
If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find your package, please check your mailbox, front door, building lobby, parcel locker, concierge, mail room, and with anyone else at your address.
Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered shortly before it is actually dropped off, so we recommend checking again later the same day.
If you still cannot find it, email orders@whoeveryouare.ca with your order number and tracking details so we can review the situation.
Do you ship outside Canada?
At this time, WYA ships within Canada only.
We may expand to more locations in the future.
