By visiting our website, using our services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website in a way that could harm, disrupt, damage, overload, or interfere with our store, customers, systems, or services.

You are responsible for making sure any information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province, state, or place of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

If you create or use an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

Each WYA tee is made after purchase. We do our best to display product photos, colours, descriptions, sizing, and details as accurately as possible.

Colours and product appearance may look slightly different depending on your screen, device, lighting, and settings. Small variations in print placement, sizing, colour, or finish may also occur.

Product availability, descriptions, pricing, and promotions may change at any time without notice.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.

Your order is not accepted until payment has been processed and your order has been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, shipping, and contact information so we can process your order and contact you if needed.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.

Taxes, shipping, and other charges may be added at checkout where applicable. Promotions may have their own terms, conditions, limits, or expiry dates.

We currently ship across Canada. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Most Canadian orders arrive in approximately 6 to 10 business days after your order is placed. This estimate includes both production time and shipping time.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, address issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Each WYA tee is made after purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, colour, change of mind, personal preference, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please email orders@whoeveryouare.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos.

For stains, marks, damage, or visible defects, the issue must be reported before the item has been worn, washed, or used.

All requests are reviewed based on the order details, photos provided, and the condition of the item.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please email orders@whoeveryouare.ca as soon as possible.

If your order has not started fulfillment yet, we will do our best to help. Once an order has started fulfillment or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

All content on our website, including our brand name, logo, designs, text, product images, graphics, layout, and other materials, belongs to Whoever You Are or our licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or use our content, designs, name, or branding without our written permission.

Our website may include links, tools, apps, payment services, shipping services, or other features provided by third parties.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, terms, or services of third-party websites or providers. Please review their policies before using their services or providing information.

Because our store is powered by Shopify, some information may also be processed by Shopify and related service providers to help operate our store, checkout, payment processing, order management, and related services.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time, including after an order has been placed.
